Our Principals
Envision Software is run by the husband/wife team of Teri and Daiv Russell.  Teri and Daiv collectively represent over 35 years of software development and project management experience.  Prior to forming Envision software, their skills and track record continually pushed them into very hairy "do or die" projects.  Successfully tackling these types of projects time and time again has provided them the opportunity to create and refine a very repeatable and efficient process for managing projects in distress.  Envision Software has based its success upon this crisis project development process.

Our Vision
Our goal is to bring Information Technology dreams to reality.  Many software projects are stifled or canceled simply due to poor management and/or poor communication.  When IT projects fail, it gives everyone in the industry a bad name.  Envision Software seeks to reverse this trend, and to make IT projects an obvious choice for high return on investment, rather than the prone-to-error longshot, which is mistakenly believed of nearly all software projects.  We do this by actually succeeding where others fail through exceptional project management, teamwork, and communication.  Additionally, we ensure a continuous stream of communication conveys the value and progress of the software project to sponsors and stakeholders.
